I’ve been interested in audio performance and recording since the early 1980’s while in junior high school. I had a lot of great music teachers who promoted that interest and facilitated many hands-on experiences through high school. By the time I got to SIUC in 1986 I had quite a bit of live audio and studio recording experience.
